Panchakarma

VAMAN

Vamana is a procedure in which Doshas (waste products or toxins) are eliminated through upper channels i.e. mouth. Specially the Kapha and Pitta Dosha brought to Amashaya (stomach and duodenum) from all over the body by the specific preoperative procedures and then eliminated out by inducing emesis.
Procedure where toxins related to the upper part of the body till diaphragm and respiratory tract are removed by emesis, in this procedure poorva karma is done they are snehan and swedan for min 3 to 5 days and then person is carried forward for vaman to removed the toxins.

VIRECHANA

Virechana or Virechana Karma is a purification therapy and one among the five scared, healing therapies of the Panchakarma. The Panchakarma encompasses five treatments that can prevent and heal a number of physical, mental and emotional disorders and illnesses.
A detoxification procdure by which toxins that cause circulatory disorders and toxins related to abdomen and pelvis are removd by purgation in this procedure of panchakarma poorkarm’s are done as like in Vaamana procedure.

VASTI

Basti Karma is one of the modalities among the five biocleansing/detoxifying procedures (Panchakarma procedures/ Samshodhan Chikitsa) advocated in Ayurveda as i.e.Vaman (Therapeutic emesis), Virechan (Therapeutic Purgation), Basti (Medicated Enema), Nasya (Infiltration of drugs through nostrils) .
It is a detoxification and therapeutic enema procedure using various medicinal preparation, made up of decoctions and oil.

NASYA

Nasya is a kind of Panchakarma treatment for body cleansing used in Ayurvedic medicine. Administration of drugs by the route of nasal cavity is termed as nasya, nāvana, nasya karma, etc. . Administration of medicine through the nostrils for diseases in the head region.
Systematically performed Nasyas in such power therapy that can bring great relief to many diseases ranging from common cold to epilepsy.

RAKTAMOKSHAN

Raktamokshan derives its name from Rakta meaning ‘blood’ and mokshana meaning ‘liberation’. This treatment literally ‘releases’ impure blood from the system.
It is good for nervous tissues and deep connective tissue disorder.It is a very effective procedure for local detoxification by removing impure blood as in case of eczema , acne , scabies , lecoderma , rash , metastatic tumour etc. YOG, KAL, and MATRA VAST are some common practices.
