The body also eliminates toxins through the kidneys, intestines, lungs, lymphatic system, and skin during a body detox. Ayurveda also plays important roll in detoxification by means of Diet, aampachan, Panchkarma, Fasting etc.
Basics of detoxification is eliminate all sugars, alcohol, soda, processed food, grains, gluten, and animal products from your diet. When we shift to green juices, smoothies, and plant-based meals our gut will get detoxified along with diet we plan some panchkarma process to eliminate toxins with in the system.
Detoxification involves not only body but we require detoxification of our mind, emotions, thoughts as well as activity related with our emotions. By means of some marma, massage, music, meditation we can find the changes not only in the body also in our mind and emotions.
